At Wish & Co., we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

* Be unused and in their original condition
* Include all original tags and packaging
* Not be washed, worn, or damaged

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Personalized or custom-made products
* Gift cards
* Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us on whatsapp with:

* Your order number
* The item(s) you wish to return
* The reason for the return

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
